They can replace the non-explosion-proof type electric constant temperature drying oven which is widely used in the current motor and electrical industry with high frequency of incidents. This equipment also applies to the heating and drying process which requires ventilation.* Note: Our products are mainly of non-standard design. We can manufacture the products according to your requirements. Technical Performance & Features: 1. Advanced hot air circulation system enables the temperature in the workroom to be evenly distributed. 2. Low noise fan system creates a quite working environment. 3. Sealed heating tube has stable performance & can be used for a long period of time. 4. The inside bottom is equipped with an track & trolley for carrying a work piece or specimen highly effciently. 5. Air inflow & outflow devices are adjustable for the ventilation in the studio. 6. Independent console can be controlled in the nearest place or in the control room either. 7. We have imported high-precision intelligent temperature control instruments.They're PID parameter adjusted with solid state relays power adjustment. It can be set up multi-stage procedure temperature controlling curve. 8. Intelligent temperature control device can control the temperature. It's quite sensitive & reliable. 9. Recorder records the whole process of the temperature curve. 10. Over-temperature protection device can emit sound & light alarm signal. And cut off the heating power to protect the safety of equipment & parts. 11. Unique design of decompression door can reduce the loss in an accident. 12. Insuation Resistance Tester measures the insulation resitance of motor & electrical windings. 13. Studio is equipped with interior lights & doors have the observation windows which can observe the heating state of the workpiece. 14.
